Warranty and replacement

All product have 6 month of warranty.
Without bill and box Warranty not applicable.
Only internal damage will be cover in Warranty
If there is External damage they will be liable end of Warranty.
You will be claim Warranty via mail or watsapp no.
Product replacement takes 7 to 10 days.
On replace product warranty apply from product purchase

Permisioon
Camera -  We are not getting any permisioon releted of camera for any kind of pictures and video


Gallary- We get permission of gallery uploading purposes from media files,documents, recipts, bills etc.

Contact - we are not getting any contacts from your phones and third-party app which installed in your phones

Location- we using customers address for location therefore we don't want permisioon of customers location while they using app or not.

Microphone- we don't need any microphone permisioon from customers so we not get microphone access.

Third parry app- Techcare not using any third party app for their services for tracking , payments etc.


Shipping, returns and refund policy

Product will be deliver in 2- 7 days.

If customer cancel order in 12 hours of purchase. You can cancel order via mail or watsapp from your registered no. After 12 hours cancelation not applicable.

Custome can get refund if product not deliver or deliver in damage condition.

Customer can get refund in 7 to 9 working days after request raise via registered mail or watsapp option.

If products not found damage in checking then refund not applicable.


User data
Purpoes
We collect users data like personal info, address details, bank details, contact details etc. for making their experience good and serving them easily.

Deletation and changes
Customers can easily change their information in application also they can delete it. Techcare also have rights to delete any customers information which they provide if there find any problem.

Storage and protection
Data store ans protect in Secured server no one can access it.
